At Empower, we pride ourselves on putting the "person" first. The up's and down's of being a youth athlete affect parents (you) as well.

We are here to listen and offer support where we can!

COMMUNICATE

We strive to maintain open lines of communication with our players' parents. When we have important news, or new information that we feel our members can benefit from, we try to share as soon as possible.

PLAN

You cannot get anywhere without a plan! Empower is passionate about paving the way for their athletes and want our parents to be a part of the process as well. We offer planning sessions with Coach Chelsea, and her staff/connections.

WE ARE HERE FOR YOU!

Coach Chelsea has a wealth of knowledge in the soccer landscape. As a former NCAA D1 full scholarship athlete, Canadian National team player, and semi-professional player both in Canada and in Europe, she knows what processes are involved in getting to higher levels of player. As a leader in soccer, Chelsea works with Canada Soccer as a Coach Learning Facilitator, maintains connections to NCAA Coaches, formerly the Director of League1 Women's Division, and is constantly learning as the game evolves. This is what makes her such a fantastic asset to her soccer parents.
