Bookings & Payments
In order to secure your booking, payment must be made upfront.
Payment must be made up front via eTransfer to email@example.com. HST taxes apply.
Once registered for our programs, no refunds can be given.
All sessions have a 48 hour cancellation policy. "No show's" or cancellations after 48 hours will be charged a $20 cancellation fee in addition to the session fee. If looking to "swap" a player for a single session, the player "swapping-in" must be a new member.
One-time facility rentals have a 48 hour cancellation policy, and are subject to a $60 cancellation fee.
Long term facility bookings (anything that is not a "one-time rental") requires a 30-day cancellation notice. All funds must be paid upfront in order to secure your spot.

All players must sign a yearly release and medical form prior to participation.
