The Empower 4v4 Indoor League is designed to give players a fast-paced, high-energy, and fun soccer experience — all in a positive, supportive environment. Starts November 1, 2025 and runs until April, 2026.

GAMES ARE SATURDAY'S & SUNDAY'S

• Coed & Inclusive – Single player and team registrations accepted.  Teams can be coed, all boys, or all girls. We carefully place players and teams based on age, stage, gender, and talent to create the most balanced and competitive games possible (while we can’t guarantee perfect matchups, we do our best!). Boys born: 2014–2018 | Girls born: 2013–2018

• Game Format – Each game is 1 hour long, with two 25-minute halves and a halftime break to regroup and strategize.

​

• Constant Action – The ball never goes out of bounds, keeping the game moving and giving players hundreds of touches every single game.

​

• Development-Focused – With only 4 players on the field (3 outfield players + 1 goalie), everyone stays involved. This format maximizes development opportunities while keeping the emphasis on fun and a healthy level of competition. Make sure you have subs to switch players on the fly!

• Coaching & Support – Each team has one dedicated coach to guide players through games, encourage learning, and keep the experience positive.

• Season Structure – Every team is guaranteed 10 regular-season games, followed by playoffs. Scores are kept, and league winners will be crowned! Games are on Saturday morning or afternoon.

• Premium Facility – All games are played on Empower’s beautiful indoor turf facility in Burlington.Our goal is simple: create an environment where players can grow their skills, love the game, and look forward to coming back season after season.
