The 2013 and 2014 age groups serve as an important bridge between grassroots and senior high-performance soccer.

The focus is on developing technically skilled, tactically intelligent, and physically capable players who are prepared for future showcase and recruitment opportunities.

Included in the Empower FC experience: International Development Tour to Brazil (U13/U14), FIFA Women's World Cup experiences, female athlete education, athletic development, and meaningful competition opportunities across Canada and the United States

PROGRAM INCLUDES

Overview

✓ Two team training sessions per week

✓ One weekly Speed Development session

✓ One weekly Strength & Conditioning session

✓ Indoor winter league

✓ Outdoor summer league

✓ Minimum five tournaments annually

✓ Canadian and U.S. competition opportunities

✓ Regular game film analysis
