Building confident girls who love the game
The Grassroots Program is where development comes first.
Our focus is helping girls fall in love with soccer while building the technical, athletic, and social foundations needed for long-term success in sport.
Every session is designed specifically for girls and delivered by coaches who understand how to challenge players while creating an environment where they feel they belong.
Included in the Empower FC experience: International Development Tour to Brazil (U12), FIFA Women's World Cup experiences, female athlete education, athletic development, and meaningful competition opportunities across Canada.
PROGRAM INCLUDES
Overview

Players are encouraged to attend both Academy Evaluation Sessions. If you are unable to attend one session due to a vacation or scheduling conflict, please contact us in advance so alternative arrangements can be made.
